Lightbox opens new US facility and announces partnership with Blue Nile

Lightbox announced on 29 October 2020, the official opening of its new US manufacturing facility in Gresham, Oregon.

The facility, once fully operational, will produce around 200,000 polished carats of lab-grown diamonds (LGDs) each year.

Lightbox also announced that an exclusive fashion jewellery collection, featuring its LGDs, will launch on the Blue Nile website. The collection will include earrings, pendants, bracelets and rings, accessibly-priced at $800 per carat.

Both of these developments will play a key role in helping Lightbox improve its ability to educate consumers about the differentiation between natural diamonds and LGDs, as well as in promoting its message of accessibly-priced LGD fashion jewellery.
